Blacklisted Handset Without my Consent!!!
My Samsung Galaxy Note 5 was ****** November 2015, I initially decided NOT to blacklist the handset and rather track it online. I replaced my ****** handset with another Samsung Galaxy Note 5. On the 12th of March 2016 I called Vodacom Customer Care to blacklist my old Note5 that was ****** and the consultant had blacklisted my new handset that i had replaced. She then told me to go to any Vodacom shop to have the device un-blacklisted by submission of a form. I contacted 3 different stores, all of the stores consultants have no idea what form is required for un-blacklisting a handset. So far i have been given a royal run-around and this is completely unfair to me as a customer with 7 lines to my name. I will never renew my contracts based on this poor service.
