Blacklisted for an account i never opened

I went to Game stores in September to buy a phone only to be told that I am blacklisted by Vodacom , I called Vodacom Call Centre and spoke to Didimalang who said I must send through an affidavit and Copy of ID with 3 signatures, same was done and was told a I am owing R23000.00, meaning since inception of the contract no payment was received. I have not bought a phone from Vodacom or even open an account with them , I then went to Vodacom Four ways for more clarity where I was told that the account was opened at Brooklyn Mall in Pretoria, then I was further advised that they will look into the matter and call me back, up tot today no call no nothing from Vodacom. All I want is for Vodacom to close the account and remove my name from ITC as I am blacklisted for an account I never opened. I do not even have an account number for the so called account.
