Blacklisted for a tablet cancelled 22mnths ago

I received an email from Dominic that vodacom account has been credited with an amount of R1885.00 (01/08/2015). Please contact our Legal department on *** (free from a Vodacom line) for further assistance with your account and ITC profile. I receved a call from Lithole Rudzane saying he will help me. He asked about the tablet and I told him that I booked it in February 2014 at Vodacare. He says I must give him the tablet and my cellphone or pay R1500. I send him an email on the 08/10/2015 to explain what exactly does he meant, he never responded. I went to vodashop to ask, one guy told me that Lithole Rudzani is supposed to instruct the shop to courier the tablet to him since its not with me any more, 2ndly Vodacom does not take cell phone after the contract and my name still not cleared on the ITC for the mistake that was made by Robbie Gommes.
