Blacklisted by Vodacom since they cannot to their job!!

I am so dissatisfied with the Vodacom service!! I bought out my contract in 2016 as I was already sick and tired of Vodacom, so I got the cash back from Cell C and bought out my R7000 something contract from Vodacom Clearwater mall. Since then I received messages that I owe Vodacom and that they are busy black listing me. Myself and my girlfriend phoned Vodacom many times to find out what was going on. Ive also placed a Hello Peter complaint before where some guy phoned me, said that he is going to find out what happend and never got back to me again. After many times of loosing my temper I finally got hold of someone who eventually sent me an email to say that my account has been paid off. I moved my bank to FNB about 6 months ago and since then I've been paying bank cost out of my ears !! They are not able to move my home loan over to FNB as I have a bad credit record with Vodacom!!! so now I have a FNB and ABSA account open die to Vodacom !!!! and I have a bad credit record after I paid my account out with CASH!!!! Vodacom is the most pathetic service provider ever! I will never use them again and i will post my experience on every possible social network! I will also get an umbuts man to assist on taking on Vodacom or else I will get a lawyer involved.
