Blacklisted after settling account

I owed Vodacom a lot of money and went under debt review. I then got money and settled my account with Vodacom lawyers in full and I even have a letter from them. This happened in April 2017. It is now December 2018 and I am still listed on credit bureaus as owing them R 38 000. This is unacceptable seeing that I paid the amount due in full.
