Blacklisted after cancelling contracts, Vodacom confirms that I dont owe them anything.
Good day, a while ago I cancelled all my contracts with Vodacom and paid all the outstanding fees and penalties for cancelling I have a letter from Vodacom stating I owe them nothing, and that my account balance is R0.00
However I have been blacklisted on the credit bureau by their lawyers Please I need this sorted out ASAP as nobody in the Vodacom Shop seems to be able to assist and the call center also cannot help me with this.
