Blacklist not done but told it was, *******ion

My phone was ****** 02/03/2020 I reported it to vodacom the same day and I was told that the sim is locked and the device blacklisted and they cannot use it, the next day 03/03/2020 I went onto google and could see the phone was used around 11 Am wich means the device was not blacklisted as confirmed by vodacom, they were even using my google account so the phone was left open to use as it was clearly nothing was done
