#Blackfrieday, I've lodge a complaint about vodacom jabulani mall always offline for prepaid customer's. A consultant from vodacom contacted me to fix my problem, instead of fixing it, he made things worse by expecting me to answer questions about the number I lost 4 months ago & he told me my number is still active but, he can't help me if, I can't answer his questions. What is the use of Rica? I couldn't get help, and I couldn't retrieve my contact, thanks to vodacom jabulani mall.
