BlackFirday failure!!

Good day

I am writing this postwith a lot of disappointment. On Friday, 23 November I put an order in for the 5GB (plus 5GB night owl) including a WiFi router and the HP laptop through the online platform for R199. As I am an existing costumer for now 20 years, the system picked up my ID. It sent me an OTP and my order was completed. On the sales confirmation page it informed me thank you for my purchase and a sales representative will contact me soon.

I got worried on Tuesday, 27 November as no one has contacted me yet. Thus I phoned Vodacom that sent me to the online department which confirmed my two upgrades done on 24 November but has no recollection of my online purchase. Thus they sent me to the aftersales department. I was unable to contact them immediately and nor so on Wednesday. Yesterday, 29 November, I contacted the after sales department which informed me I should speak to the online department, which I already did. I phone 135 again to ask for an escalation of this matter as no one can help me. The lady said she can not escalate it as online should do it, who also cannot do it as they say it is after sales department, who ALSO cant do it as it is online department.

Finally the online department phone me back telling me it is a first come first serves basis. Which I understand, but when I placed my order the system clearly indicated to me that there is still stock available of the contract and devices I want to order, and clearly indicated that some stock is unavailable. Thus I placed my order. I did not see the need to print the sales confirmation. Nor did I receive an email, text or a phone call from vodacom. The online department could not escalate this matter and suggested I must email ********** in the hope some One will help me.
