Blackberry Z10 repairs - Job number ***3

I bought a new Z10 on 02/10/2014 and on 11/10/2014 the phone did not switch on. I took it to Vodacom repairs shop at the Centurion Mall and they booked it in. Few days later i got an sms to collect my phone only to be given a refurb phone because they could not fix my new phone and i lost all my info in that phone.

In Nov 2014 i experienced the same issue with my refurb phone and i took it to Vodacom repairs shop in Centurion and they booked it in. Few days later i received another refurb phone and i lost my info again.

On Sunday (15/02/2015), the phone did not switch on again. I took it to the shop but this time i requested to speak to the manager regarding this issue and i was told that the manager is not available and i must phone him on Monday. So i booked the phone in for repairs and i was told that i will lose my info again

Today (16/02/2015), i phoned the store to speak to the manager and he told me that i must wait for the outcome of the repairs or call ***. I spoke to Thelma Mo***eng on the 082 number who told that no one can help me unless i send an email. I am tired of this and i want my money back. I will not take another refurb phone.
