Blackberry Z10 - Refurnished Phone Blacklisted

I purchased a Z10 (IMEI) *** at Foshini in Kenwilworth Centre on 29 July 2014 and the phone would not switch on after the 7 day period. I then to took the phone to Foshini Blue Route on 27 September 2014 for a repair. They send the Z10 to Vodacom Repair Centre (Maitland Business) and the phone could not be repaired. Vodacom then gave me a refurnished Z10 without telling me that it was a refurnished phone (IMEI ***) and the refurnished phone gave the following error message \.Device not allowed MM#6"and has since gone back three times for repairs. I then called the Vodacom repair centre in Maitland and I was told that the phone was blacklisted and I have to call Vodacom to unblock the phone that they gave me. """
