blackberry Z10

To whom it may concern<br> <br> i have a blackberry Z10 which is not even a year old and already I have to take it back for repairs for the 3rd time around. If your'll knew that these phones have a problem something should have been done to stop the supply of them even if they are already in the market. This is my money that I have worked hard for to buy the phone and i rely on the phone for most of my stuff (e,g work related things). Right now i have no phone which means my income is at a stand still, how am i suppose to earn a living now. I need a response as soon as possible before taking matters further as this phone if of no use to me due to the fact that it goes for repairs more often than i can use it.<br> <br> Not forgetting that even the battery is useless, it will say it on 50% however goes off and needs to be charged again.<br> <br> an immediate response and something done about this will be much appreciated.
