Blackberry Service

Vodacom is as useless as MTN come to think about it I ported to Vodacom 5 years ago with the hope of getting a better unlike the the service I was getting from the YELLOW service provider, boy was I wrong. The past 2 days have been a nightmare for us Blackbery users, no BIS service and nobody bothered to send us text. I know its not much but me and my family are gatvol with Vodacom and we will be porting to the next service provider but I will mobilize. Its time you start treating us like the customers we are not numbers. Some of us use the BIS for businesses because w e are constantly on the road conducting our businesses. Get your house in order, I demand an explanation for this.
