Blackberry repair

I gave my blackberry in for repairs at Vodacom Westgate I told nicolette the phone is fully charge and when you go onto Facebook or BBM it switch off and show too low for radio use, the phone went to Vodacom cresta and a software upgrade was done. I got the phone back a week later and when I put the battery in and switch on still the same problem, now the phone is in at cresta again, my complain is I have to borrow a phone and all I can do is with this phone is call or sums as I don't have data, so Vodacom need to come to the party and supply me with data till my phone is repaired because I'm paying for something I can not use
