BLACKBERRY MANUFACTURING FAULT

My sister and I both own a Blackberry 9360 phone and both phones charging ports have stopped working. I sent this in at Vodacom for repairs, both being still under warranty and I received a quote of R1000 for repairs which is almost half the price of the phone.

1. I believe this is a manufacturing fault and should be repaired at no cost. A friend of mine has the same phone and the same problem as well as a few colleagues

2. Both phones are still under warranty

Surely both phones as well as other people cant all have the same problem. This is definitely a manufacturing fault.

Job # ***4
Job # ***4

Please advise urgently on what you will be doing to assist

Regards
Tahera
