Blackberry internet ervice

When I renewed my contracts in December 2014 I was told that I could use the included airtime to pay for my Blackberry internet service. Now that I want to do it that way I am told that it cannot be done. I do not use nearly all the airtime, so if I cannot use it for BIS I'll just lose it.
