Blackberry BIS monthly deductions R 59.00 on ***

I refer to my complaint below dated 11 July 2016 and the replay from Vodacom dated 12 July 2016. Sad to say the consultant from Voidacom has not contacted me as per their commitment.

Blackberry BIS monthly deductions R 59.00 on ********** 301

Previously I utilized a Blackberry on prepaid with a recurring monthly deduction to my airtime for R 59.00 for BIS. On 31 March 2016 I changed to a contract with Vodacom and is since then utilizing a Samsung hand set. Every month my airtime has been reduced withR 59.00. I have visited the local Vodacom help centre, contacted the call centre and also visted the Vodacom Regional office in Bloemfontein where a certain Dominique assisted me. Needless to say that nobody has been able to cancel this recurring deduction from my airtime. I have also requested them to reload the 4 deductions totaling R 236.00 to my airtime. According to me this is *****- reducing my airtime when I changed from prepaid to a contract and I don't utilize BIS.

Dominique at the Regional Office also do not return calls when she promised me that she will sort this out and let me know. The monthly R59.00 is not debited to my bank account but "taken" from my airtime

Jul 12, 2016
Official business reply:
Dear Customer,

Thank you for making us aware of your complaint.

Kindly be advised that a consultant will make contact with you in due course to assist with your query.

***Please note*** Beware of phishing ****s.

Vodacom will not contact you via Whatsapp to request your personal details

Regards,
Vodacom Consumer Website Team
