I have a blackberry 9720 on contract which is on its 14th month or so, after 6 months on the contract the mobile stopped charging the battery, i sent it for repairs, vodacom could not fix it, so it was replaced with a \REFURBISHED"(Now keep this uppercase word in mind throughout) mobile"
