Blackberry 9720 charging port

Since i have booked in my cellphone on the 29/01/2016, the fault was that the charging port was pushed inside by the charger. First of all the phone was taken by my mother to vodacom repairs centurion, where she booked it in. the lady by the name of Mbali booked the phone in, she stated that the fault was \Charging port was missing\" but my Mom showed her the charging port inside of the phone and mbali said it is fine they will sort it out. When she takes the phone she took the phone only excluding battery, back cover and sim card, but did not give back the memory card. So when we go back to check for the phone on February, they told us that the phone could not be repaired because the charging port is missing, how could the charging port be missing while it was pushed inside by the charger. and also there was no memory card inside... I don't understand just because my mother shes a old lady that doesn't know much about technology they want to ***** her. that means always when our old mothers wants service from vodacom we must accompany them to the outlets.
