Blackberry 9720

<p>Im in a contract with vodacom and my blackberry 9720 stop working after less than a year. I took it in to customercare vadacom Alberton. Who sent it away for repaires. Got it back saying the phone can not be repaired but could not tell me what was wrong. The screen just blacked out . They put in a new battery but it still would not work. The also refused to hounor the warranty. The said i should have taken out insurance. The phone was not ****** i did not drop it in water in fact it was not dropped at all. The phone did not stop working through anything thst i did. The screen the swithed off and it would not come back on. They would not let mw cancel the contract with the results im still paying for a phone that does not work. I had to buy another phone and the wouldnt even give me data. </p>
