Blackberry 9710 not even a year old

I purchased a phone over the internet, a Blackberry 9720. What quick and excellent delivery service it was but as you know they quick to get you in debt and get the business. Not even 10 months into the new contract and having the new phone, it starts giving problems, phone restarts and freezes. Now a few weeks ago the phone didn't want to take my password and wiped my whole phone with contacts and photo's gone. I still have another year to go on the contract with a phone that decides when to work and when not to work. Blackberry is a utter unreliable and garbage phone, I will never take a blackberry ever again or recommend it to anyone. If I want another phone I must take out another contract and still pay my current blackberry contract for the year. What utter *******. \****berry"has cracked on me at +- 10months"
