Black Friday upgrade deal still not finalized

My contract is eligible for upgrade and I did the upgrade Friday morning online with one of the BF deals.

By the afternoon after no call from Vodacom I called the upgrade callcentre to confirm deal.

The lady readily assisted me after confirming that she did not see any information loaded/captured against my contract. Deal was again put in place and she confirmed devices and contract with me.

By Wednesday afternoon "despatch" calls me to confirm order and delivery. Got a funny question to confirm device and contract, but I told the lady what I signed up for. She informs me that she have conflicting information and the devices are completely different to what I ordered. She will make a note and send back so that sales can contact me again. I have to wait a maximum of 48h...

Well, its Sunday night and still not contacted by ANY Vodacom representative.

Vodacom, sort out your website issues and give your staff proper training, but after you made contact with me to sort out this mess!

Adriaan

Now I find out (after I made another call to Vodacom) that my order was cancelled.

I did not give the order to cancel, so is this the easy way for Vodacom online to deal with stock shortages?

The Saga continues...

It just seems that Vodacom does not care for any customer support.

Now the different departments within Vodacom are blaming each other it seems.
