Black Friday TV orders cancelled

Signed up for two Black Friday tv deals, registered for both tv sets and expected to be called within one working day as per communication.Two days later i had to mail as Digital Planet doesn't believe in answering their phones.After a few emails up and down i finally received my order,but guess what,only one tv set! After another day of trying to get hold of anyone at Digital Planet i finally got through to Virtual Voucher Africa and it seems my other tv was cancelled due to a duplicate order... Which they messed up and not willing to do anything about it,I must call back next week and speak to someone that will try and assist.Not once was I called or contacted about anything,status of my order or the cancellation! now i need to beg for help for their mistake,and probably won't get my tv in time for Christmas.This is utterly disgusting and apaulling as I'm paying for two contracts and i get advised to phone Vodacom for assistance instead of the actual people that made the mistake.I need this sorted asap without me having to get the run-around to beg people to do their jobs correctly
