Black friday special still not delivered

I did an online upgrade on the 24 November I was called the next day to confirm my order and I haven't heard a thing since. I have spoken to 3 agents via online chat. Nkululeko who after me asking him several times for his manager's name refused to tell me and Tinotenda who couldn't give me the status of my order. It's a week and I have ordered this for my daughter's 16th birthday and I don't have a clue as to when I'm going to receive it. I am sick and tired of the pathetic service that is given my Vodacom employees. I have not received feedback from my last hello Peter complaint as well
