Black Friday special not received

Good day

On the 24th of November 2017 there was a 2 phone deal Huawei P10 and P9 at Vodacom even today I did not receive any phones. I was at Carlton Centre Vodacom4u at 9 am when the store opens, they did everything and told me that they are still waiting for delivery till today I am still waiting.

I wrote my complain 2 weeks ago and Vodacom rep**** and promised that consultant will call and assist till today I am still waiting.
