Black Friday **** - Prices just increase after a contract has been signed.
Good day i am wanting to query why my data contract has kept increasing, I took out the contract and it was R399pm then it moved up to R403 and now it is R 427.25 I would please like to know how Vodacom can just change a contract which was agreed upon yet the customer may not cancel the contract as it will be "breaking contract" Please can I be given valid legal reasons for this.

If DSTV subscription goes up you do not pay the increased rate if you have a fixed contract for 24 months? What a joke! Major *******. Just 20 odd rand but do that to several thousand people. Data rates in SA are laughable. Just like the government pay more and get less. A very poor attempt at answering my question.
