Black Friday misleading deal

I have raised a request with Vodacom with the following ref number: *** on 25 May 2020. Your sales department sold me as a Black Friday deal 10 Gb of data a month to my wife's tablet with no *** sometime in November 2019. The deal ended up as a 10Gb data once of from Vodacom and thereafter Airtime per month from Vodacom. The deal was recorded and I suggest that you should listen to the recording to ascertain what was said and agreed. My problem is as follows, I would never have agreed to an airtime subscription for two reasons. 1. The tablet is mainly used by my wife read magazines and for e mail correspondence and she already has a phone contract with airtime with Vodacom refer contract no I***-4 for cell no ***. 2.The tablet is a 2011 i pad2 that does not even have a dialer function. I have spoken to Vodacom at a previous occasions to try and resolve this problem but was not issued with a reference at the time. In my calls to Vodacom today, I have spoken to 3 of your staff members at your call centre, I was advised that I can transfer the airtime to another cell phone and I was also given the Vodacom no to dial to execute this transfer, to do this I needed to remove the sim card from the tablet to another cell phone as I was told that it can only be done from the current no. (the tablet can not dial) I was surprised to discover that the tablet still works from an old (large) sim card and that does not fit any of the new model cell phones. The options now left to me are as follows. 1. Cancel the agreement as it is of no use to me at the moment or 2. Have the agreement/contract changed for the airtime to go to another cell phone. This e mail now confirm my discussion with Brian to have the amendment done with the above reference no. I propose that the airtime to be loaded onto my personal cellphone phone with no ***, if this can't be done, another option will be to amend the airtime to a data deal ( as per my original impression of the deal) or to cancel the agreement with no charges for my account in this regard as I believe I was misled in the original telephonic arrangement by your sales department.(according to the discussions I had with your consultants, Vodacom have the knowledge whether a customer use data or airtime, so why sell airtime if only data is used) I now await your reply in this regard. Please note that I am a pensioner and can not afford to enter into another deal and pay additional amounts to the current values I am paying, another deal with additional charges as was proposed by one of your consultants will not be an option.
