Black Friday ****mers, no delivery or after sales service

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a Black Friday deal (A great deal on adverti*****t) on 29 Dec 2024 for home internet coupled with an Asus Tuf. It is now Feb 2025 and nothing! Everything was approved, and there was a 2 - 3 week wait time for stock. Numerous calls to after sales was confusing as I was first told the router was out of stock, and then that changed to the laptop being out of stock. This order was approved, yet to date no updates are given. I will be porting my existing numbers to a competitor with better service.

Vodacom's Black Friday deals are misleading and click bait. I am opening a case with the Ombudsman as I took screenshots of the online ad, as well as all the communication received.

Well Vodacom, say goodbye to my four contracts with you. You have lost me as a customer!
