Black friday LIES! - FALSE ADVERTISING - CLICK BAITING
What a false adverti*****t! They had a deal on black friday, at first it was sold out by 9 when it was supposed to be a weekend long deal. Then they reopened and the deal and i was able to obtain it via my vodacom app, i even received a confirmation of order. Then i queried and was told that they out stock. i now see that these types are hones are avail for different contracts, surely that means that it was never out of stock??? As an existing vodacom customer i'm really upset about the fact that i cancelled my contract with another service provider due to my confirmation received.
How can you bait customers like this, its false advertising and false confirmation!
and then lying by saying that its "out of stock" Very disappointing customer service!!!!!!!!!
