Black Friday Deals on back order since 24 November 2017, will I ever get my iPhone X 256 GB which I orderd?

This is after I asked her why my dad and sister got their iPhone X's when they ordered after me. The consultant has now told me that the phone is placed on back order and not the Beats Earphones. I'm getting different responses from different consultants on this matter. The consultant was very adamant that I continue to wait even though they don't know when I'll get the phone, if ever! Can Vodacom please give us an expectation when we can get the phone? It's been 47 days since I ordered the upgrade. If Vodacom is not able to deliver, then there was misrepresentation on the black Friday deals.
