Black Friday Deal **** False Advertising

I woke up at 3am on Black Friday for the Huawei deal at 249pm. I received my quote number and it stated that an agent would be in contact to process it further. At about 3pm that day i decided to contact Vodacom and eventually was put through the correct department. FIRST EXCUSE - i was told that i didnt complete the transaction, only when i insisted that there was a number generated did the lady confirm that she can see it on the system and will process it for me. At the end of the call she said that my order will be delivered by the next week. I then tried calling the ********** 4 number regularly and even waiting as long as 1 hour to no avail. On the 28th i received the following text message
Dear ***x quote:VODACOMDIREC- ********** ********** 89 has been generated on your profile and vetting has been Approved. If you did not initiate this request, please urgently contact Vodacom Customer Care on 082111.
I then contact customer care today after no response on ********** 4 number and they tell me that...wait for it...the order has been CANCELLED!!! SECOND EXCUSE Because they tried calling me to do a vetting and i didnt answer! But the text message said it was done and the call centre agent on the 24th told me delivery will take place. I even tried using the order numbers on Vodacom website for tracking online orders and this function was conveniently not working. Here i am patiently waiting for Vodacom, thinking i need to be understanding due to Black Friday. With a 52% poor rating, customer service is non existent.

I eagerly anticipate a valid response as I see that I am not alone with the Black Friday ****. User aladams597 on 5 Dec 2017 also had a similar incident with your Black Friday deal. Its absolutely disappointing service.
