Black Friday Data Sim!!
Good day, I ordered the black Friday data sim on special for R369. 400gig anytime and 400 gig night time + 200 bonus gigs. the order was submitted. when i called to track my order i was told the order was not complete. i was then offered 800gig no additional gigs at 299, i accepted that. i was told to send my docs. When i put the fone down, the sim card for the 800 gig + 200 bonus gig was DELIVERED!!! now im sitting with a sim that is not activated. i called Vodacom numerous times, i was then told its showing I have an order. now im blocked from calling because i called too many times and referred to this stupid Tobi that does absolutely nothing!!!! I went in store and was told they cannot see an order for me. WTH is going on???? I would like the deal I signed up for . I contacted your vodacom via FB, ALL AUTOMATED!!!!!!!! can someone contact me to assist me properly because this is horrible service!!!
