I am a Vodacom customer, account is always on time and when I call to obtain a Black Friday deal of R199 (mifi router and laptop) it was declined due to "Vodacom internal scoring" why? the call centre agent puts me thru to accounts, accounts could not help so they want to put me thru to scoring department!!!! I have been with Vodacom a long time and amazing we cannot get these deals!! can someone explain as to why the deal was declined!!!
