Bizarre Situation

Bizarre situation with vodacom. I was told to call Vodacom legal dept. Call wont go thru if machine doesn't recognize your ID. That's just plain stupid and incompetant. The next option is to send a email and Lo and behold it will not except emails unless on a list of pre approved emails. It then gives a 3 page instruction manual as to how to overcome this. The email is ***. Its going from the sublime to the utterly bizarre of stupidity. It gets worse, when you get thru to cancellations eventually ,they cant hear you (supposedly) they then infer that's something wrong with your phone when it works perfectly with everybody else. Its got lame Vodacom best get your act together fast if at all possible. So in a nutshell you cant call Vodacom or email them. What do they suggest. ***eons??
