BIS fees issue

I was employed by Vukani Gaming. The contract package was R800.00 p/month. At the end of the day I had to pay for BIS. To my knowledge BIS was R59.00 p/month. Variable amounts was deducted from my Account. Nobody could assist me in my query at Vukani Gaming,seeing they were the contract holder. I left the company at the end of December 2014. Still money was deducted from my account for various amounts. I called vodacom customer care, was told by operator Vukani must cancel my account with a company letter head. I was not told by the opperator it is a despute for BIS funds. Today 5 months down the line I phoned Vukani again complaining about deductions from my account. now all of a sudden I am told it is BIS fees and admin fees becuase I keep reversing funds from the Vodacom Debit Order. I NEED URGENT ASSISTANCE TO RESOLVE THIS UNTASTY ISSUE. Regads AT BRITS
