BIS deactivated 2 months early

My BIS has been deactivated yet my contract ends only in December, I was meant to get 24 months free BIS when I signed the contract but now into 20 months its been switched off. I can't even send sms's from my phone. I called enquiries and was told it was accidentally switcherd off and will be contacted in basically 3 days time to tell me whether they WILL be reactivating it or not. Who the hell does Vodacom think they are for not delivering services owed to me? I already went without it for 3 months due to them misinforming me on the the repairs, now this! My phone is useless right now, vodacom better fix this problem immediately!
