Billing without valid contract
Vodacom upgraded my contracts without my consent. They claim I did upgrade at Vodacom shop, when I visited the shop they said upgrade was not done there. I have made numerous calls to billing and customer care to send me evidence of recording or signed contract to prove I requested upgrade but I have not received any. They just continued to bill me for contract I never agreed to, worse part those sim cards I threw away a long time ago, so I never benefited from these contracts.

Each person I have dealt with iether forwards me to another person or tells me they are unable to help.
