Billing while Roaming in Poland

I was looking at my bill for December and was billed for calls and SMS that was never made by me.<br> The number in question was to *** and was between 3 to 20 seconds from the 2 December till 5 December. The total cost was R181.09 and the SMS were to *** and cost R2.41 for a total of R33.74<br> <br> What are these and why was I billed for it if I never made those calls or SMSes?
