********* billing, unable to make an arrangement

A little perplexed....

So as a Vodacom user for years on end, I get told today that I can make a payment arrangement and that my line will only be unlocked despite having paid more than the 60% of the outstanding balance.

Only because Vodacom has been unable to actually explain to me why their system is 2 months behind on billing dates and values which have resulted in my account being suspended.

Now with someones account with a average spend of over R4000 a month, This is how Vodacom wants to treat clients.

Guess that the upgrade date in June 2024 will be the date I terminate my relationship.

Let me add, I draw a statement at 09 30, with an amount outstanding of R2000. I draw a statement now at 11 30, and all a sudden there is an amount outstanding of over R6700.

Vodacom cannot tell me where the additional amount of R4700 now comes from.

My usage for the month of December does not equate to R4700

This doesn't explain the fact as to why I have 2 AMOUNTS REFLECTING ON THE STATEMENT.

STATEMENT 1 : DRAWN AT 09 30 - Shows R2000 outstanding.
STATEMENT 2 : DRAWN AT 11 30 - Shows R6700 outstanding
STATEMENT 3: DRAWN AT 13 27 - Shows R-127 outstanding

So it appears that VODACOM CANNOT EVEN JUSTIFY OR EXPLAIN WHY VARIOUS AMOUNTS ON YOUR OWN STATEMENTS APPEAR.

DO NOT SAY MY USAGE WAS R4700 FOR DECEMBER BECAUSE IT WASN'T. YOU CANNOT EVEN GIVE ME A INVOICE FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER.

WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO DO IS TO DE***** ME.
