Billing Sham

After I put up my complaint on Hello Peter, I was called by a very nice gentleman called Luigi, who apologised and offered me my data and airtime back. My colleagues were very hesitant and told me that sounds too good to be true, and that they will probably deduct it from my next recharge and lo and behold they were correct!!

It took me a week or more to get through 200mb of data, because I don't use my phone for much other than whatsapp. Today I bought data for R58 bucks (R29x2) this was at 12:00, at 12:31 I don't have anymore data, this was in addition to R24 worth of airtime, it really makes no sense, all that makes sense right now is either for me to port my number or find out what package I'm on, that depletes airtime and data so quickly, I do however doubt that it is the package because I have never had problems before, prior to this month. This is frustrating not to mention annoying. Please sort yourselves out.

This time I have the network messages to prove it, because the last time I was told "they're taking my word for it" almost implying that one would lie.
