billing query leads to being bounced 5 times

I have been on a vodacom airtime contract for R200 at a cost of R124. This contract has been in place for over 2 years with reductions etc. Today my debit order reflects as R144 instead of R124. I call customer services who put me through to accounts. A lady answers and i relate the problem. She says I will put you through to accounts as she is in customer services. I hold again the third lady answers and she is in customer services. I relate my frustration to her. She then makes sure I go to accounts. I speak to a man who refused to give me a reference for my call. I ask him to put me through to his manager and he transfers me to a different department. Extremely unhappy with the level of service and the unexplained price increase for a fixed contract without notification. I asked for the voice contract to be extracted from archives and that could not be done. Customer for over 10 years and I am honestly fed up. Contract was breached and if vodacom can't stick to the discussed price...I am cancelling. The calls were initiated at 08:07 and terminated at 09:36 as consultants were playing hot potato with me. \All calls are recorded for security purposes"do get the recordings."""
