Billing query
I have a top up contract with Vodacom with monthly repayment of R204,00 and I get charged R295,00. I have tried to locate the store where I took the contract however they are nowhere to be found due to renovations happening at Vodaworld in Midrand. Consequently my account is soft blocked because I cannot pay for the amount of R295 as opposed to R204. This is very frustrating because customer service are not helping and their resolution department is not helping either.
