Billing people and giving clients not correct information do not use them!

I have never experienced such bad customer service. I have phoned them 3 times in the last 6 months and i never receive feedback. They have been billing me for a year now i asked for my money back still waiting to hear from Pinkie? and phoned them to cancel the contract of extra data and 3 phone calls and promises later no feedback i will never recommend them
