Billing overcharged

I am supposed to pay R284 p/m on my contract but since April to august my invoices are increasing tremendously. Engage finance service their explanation was somewhat understandable for April only but that has never stopped may, June, July and August shoo don't even know what to say. It's difficult to get through for assistance due to skeleton staff. I am extremely disappointed
