Billing of unknown transactioon
After numerous queries on the account, I then spoke to Aseem in December to stop this account at R800 and not to allow this account to go over. He then confirmed that it is done with immediate effect.
On the 10th I phoned the Vodacom Care Centre again and asked them to Investigate the following transactions as we do not have any knowledge of this.
Matlhapula (which I understood as Martha), then went into the account and explained what this is for.
I said that I have no knowledge of this, how does it get accessed, which she explained to me.
I then said that we did not do it.
Matlhapula then said she will log a call for investigations for the last 4 months and if Vodacom cannot prove that it is me that done it, Vodacom will refund me for these transactions.
Today I call the customer care center to follow up and spoke to Mikateko and she said that the query is resolved.
I asked her for what reason and she said she cannot see a reason she will ask the solutions team.
She then came back and said they could not find that the applications were active for the last 4 months and closed the query.
I asked her then are Vodacom going to refund me and she said I must write an email to the complaints department, which I think that nobody wanted to deal with this query as she did go and ask somebody.
Then, how could the account go over the amount I blocked it at and conveniently she says that it does not include the Vodafonlive transactions!
What nonsense is this, and none of the other customer care consultants advise me of this!!
I want this resolve as a matter of urgency, and I want to know from Vodacom if this is how they treat their loyal customers?
