Billing of Data Usage & Data Calls!!

I've just renewed my contract with Vodacom on *** at Vodaworld and to my knowledge it should R550.00 per month plus usage. It is impossible for me to consume such a lot of data as Vodacom claims and, I actually requested for itemized billing so that I can see the breakdown and, was told that there are no records as I've just activated itemized billing just a few days ago, December 2015 billing was R918.5 and now due is R2676.87 . I don't understand when they say there are no records for itemized billing, if crime had been committed on this line, I bet you'd be able to pull all the records.<br> <br> Your CC service is also poor and leaves much to desired, I'm completely unsatisfied with the service received and hope that you sort this matter before your debit order goes off for January.
