Billing not according to the agreed contract

I downgraded on 5 September 2017 to Smart TopUp S. I indicated to the Vodacom Upgrading representative that I wanted the same package as my wife the Smart TopUp S for R 159.00. He said that is fine and that he is adding the promotional My Gig 1 - 24 months for free (have the SMS notices as proof), The promotional 1 Gig was immediately activated although the Smart TopUp S was only to start on 1 October.

End September I received my account and I was billed for the 1 Gig, and then fully discounted, and then charged again. I complained and customer care insured me that it was rectified and that I'll receive credit in my next bill.

However when I checked "my bill so far" on 17 October I noticed that the agreed upon amount of R 159.00 for the Smart TopUp S was not recorded and I was charged R 244.74 for the Smart TopUp S. I was also charged for the FREE promotional 1 Gig. I phoned again and spoke to Oscar (my ref no: 1- ********** ********** ). It took a long wait and when Oscar returned he assured me that the amount for the Smart TopUp S is corrected and will in future be the R 159.00 as agreed upon on 5 September, and that the promotional 1 Gig will now be free, as well as caller ID and I will be credited in the next bill. I received again SMS notices from Vodacom to confirm this.

The account for October didn't display credit for the FREE promotional 1 Gig I paid for in September and the Smart TopUp S was still billed at R 244.74 and not R 159.00 as offered to me and agreed upon.

Today (9 November) I checked "my bill so far" and it is still not corrected. I'm now charged R 279.00 for the Smart TopUp S and R 249.00 for the FREE promotional 1 Gig - 24 Months TopUp - AS WELL as R 9.50 for the FREE caller ID as was indicated to me by Oscar on 17 October 2017 (ref no: 1- ********** ********** )

I'm fed-up with this unprofessional service of the cellphone service provider that is supposed to be the best in the country. THIS PORTRAYS ABSOLUTE PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE - IS THIS HOW YOU GOING TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS IN THE FUTURE, then I want out!
