Billing Mess - Once Again!!!

Dear Vodacom I would appreciate it very much if someone can get into contact with me from the billing department, since it seems near impossible to get in touch with you otherwise. I noticed that my debit order didn’t go off at the end of last month and gave it some time to sort itself out. I logged in to the Vodacom App several times, but not once did it mention that I was in arrears. I also logged on to my account via the computer and no mention of an overdue account . I didn’t receive a SMS or email either. This afternoon I got a SMS “kindly reminding” me to pay my overdue account with an inflated amount. I’ve been on debit order since 2008 and never had any problems until now. Last month the debit order also didn’t go off and I made an EFT payment only to have the debit order go off a few days later. I sent an email asking how to proceed, but got no response. So I reversed the debit order via my Banking App. Now I assume the inflated amount of R100.88 is a charge for the reversal of the debit order. I also had to pay amount of R10+ for reactivating my number, because Vodacom had it blocked due to non payment. I will gladly pay my “normal” account any given day via debit order, but I refuse to pay all these additional charges for no reason. I am deeply dissatisfied with Vodacom and their service.
