Billing Issues - 4 service requests

<p>Bought a 500MB databundle in Nov 2016. Was charged for 4 x 500MB data bundles. Have logged 4 service requests to get this fixed, but still not resolved. The solutions team just closes the requests. Can somebody please help ? </p> <p>Service request numbers : 1- ********** 1143 , 1- ********** 586281 , 1- ********** 711560 , 1- ********** 634593.</p>
