Billing issue
<p>I had contract phone with Vodacom which expired end of June 2016. My account had a credit amount of R64.39 which was supposed to be refunded to me. I was asked to send proof of payment, I did send through proof ********** requesting refund.</p> <p>I never receive my refund; suddenly Vodacom decided to write-off my credit to them.</p> <p>Pls help me to get back my credit refund</p> <p>***-4</p> <p>Phone number: ********** </p> <p> </p>
